She's my cherry; my first ever diesel. Ive driven them for years as a Paramedic, and have always wanted one. Although I want to unleash the power that is being held back by all the emissions crap, Im still not sure if the warranty is worth throwing away for it. Only time will tell

Suspension Modifications:
Michelin LTX AT/2's made a HUGE difference in how this truck drives. Its like the difference in driving a Saturn and then driving a Cadillac. The ride is soooo much smoother and quieter, plus Im able to inflate them fully without feeling like Im riding on the rims only.
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
Michelin LTX AT/2 P275/65/R20's, wonderful tires and well worth the price.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Bedliner with pad under it and rubber mat on top, B&W gooseneck hitch in (under) the bed. Garmin GPS 880 and a velour dashpad custom made to fit her. Limo tint on the rear; 20% on front, wig wag's and red/white LED's for when I'm at an accident scene.
Future Modifications:
Air ride seats, programmer (maybe) air suspension kit, fuel transfer tank and a by-pass system for the oil to keep the particules smaller.
