I'm working on putting in an aftermarket double din radio.
I think I have all of the info and materials I will need, but I had a question about the wiring. I think I do not use the "Hot in start" wire and exclude 2 of the grounds as well. My question is what do I do with the unused wires?
I'm attaching the diagram that I am going off of and it appears to match my set up which is a 2001 V10 F250.

The radio manual should specify whether it needs that wire. I'd have to guess it doesn't need it, though. If the radio backlight has only day/night modes, you might need to grab a wire that comes from the headlight switch and is hot when either parking or headlights are on.
