Well, if it gives you any reference, recently installed an ARE MX Color Matched on my 6.5' 2024. This is the fourth cap through the years that I bought from my local dealer. Base price of cap was $3,079, $320 for install, materials, and freight. I took care of the electrical wiring. Then, it has Driver side Windoor, Passenger Side Painted door with tool box behind, cloth headliner, roof rails, front sliding window, dome light with center rope. That took it to $5340 before tax. So depending on how you have it outfitted, sounds like it is in the ballpark. ARE is owned by RealTruck now, don't know that it changed prices much, but was able to fully spec the cap and visualize it before even placing the order. Had it a month, been very happy so far, and getting ready to take it on a 3500 mile journey.
