Ford better get their quality figured out asap instead of the worrying about who's behind the wheel. Trucks sales are down and Lincoln sales is a dumpster fire waiting to blow up while Farely gets a big fat bonus when in reality he should get the boot.

This isn’t a Ford issue it is Federal and was passed by our Congress Critters to require that the vehicle determine if the driver is impaired and not allow them to operate the vehicle if impaired. This is supposed to go into effect on the 2027 model year.

Not going to bat for Ford........... but Quality has been down across the board for all OEMs. When all of the legacy OEMs are forced into EV development like they have been over the last decade something has to give and the quality $$$$ that would have traditionally gone into ICEs was pilfered to a highly _______sed and regulated industry.
Heck, Honda is loosing their hat. No way would I want to be a CEO in today's 'disrupted' automotive industry.

Bob
DUI and drunk driving is the least of the worries on todays roads. IMO the focus should be on how these phones are being used while a vehicle weighing 9klbs is moving at 60 mph.
