2011 f150 5.0 propane converted drilled into intake manifold issue
On the 2011 5.0 Coyote, there isn’t a common OEM metal intake manifold swap that’s a direct replacement. Most setups stay with the factory composite intake because of fitment and tuning.
Realistically, your safer options are: replace the intake manifold with a new OEM-style plastic unit, or if the propane kit is still important, have a proper propane/fuel system shop install correct threaded inserts or an adapter plate solution designed for LPG use.
Given you still have gasoline working normally, I’d strongly consider removing the propane kit entirely or rebuilding it professionally, rather than continuing with patched threads in the intake.
