What is this?
So I'm trying my hardest to figure out why my trucks running so lean and I found this just sitting in the intake manifold any clue to what it is??

It's a capacitor, used for radio noise suppression.

Don't remember what it is called... used to be called a coil ballast in the older systems. In our trucks it is used to suppress radio interference. That is the updated Ford part, the original looked like a capacitor.
