Anyone have their DPF professionally cleaned?
Hi all,
So my truck is at 154k miles and around 5700 total engine hours (1850 or so of that is idle time, truck lived a tough life prior to me getting it). I was curious if anyone has had their DPF professionally cleaned? I know the light duty DPFs are not as user friendly for serviceability as the medium and heavy duty applications. Just looking for feedback of anyone that has had it done.
As of right now my DPF isn't giving me any trouble and with the truck being paid off in a week or two, I am trying to keep it that way. I would love to turn my DPF into a boat anchor but not practical at the moment...

They used to have Blog articles in which I saw one on the Ford DPF itself. I would give them a call and talk to someone about this.
