also it does NOT state that it will work with a 7.3 Ford Diesel, period.
useless piece of scam material in my opinion.

Id almost call "useless piece of scam". Their customer service never answers. Open 9-5 ET but always offline. Supposed to be US based but I couldn't tell you since they never get in touch.
Mine is the pheonix plus 2 and wont work on a 2021 or 2023 f150. Works on my 2010. It will scan the vin but then say diagnostic failure try again.
My autel 508, my launch crp123 and old 431v, and forscan work fine on both trucks.
same for a 2022 Hyundai Santa cruz.
I did a firmware update on the dongle. All software sayd up to date. I guess I'll send it back just before my return period ends since its petty useless at a shop if I have to drag out my old computers to work with half the vehicles anyway.
A quick google search shows pretty much the same thing. No response for weeks from the "us based" customer service. Even my Chinese launch they will answer.
They state how great and industry leading their customer service is..... but there are hundreds of people who have never been able to get ahold of them.
They have live teamviewer support on the plus 2. But again that is unanswered.
Live chat on the screen and website. Both always say "offline"
A US number you can call. Nobody answers. You press 1 to go to tech support. Then you get a "your number xx in the queue and wait time us 20 (ish usually) minutes. If you hold on it will say "nobody is available to answer even though it's in the 9-5 et time. Or you can press 1 to be called back when your number comes up and if you do that they never call.
Seems extremely scammy to talk about US based support and industry leading tech support when hundreds cant get in touch with you.
It works good on some vehicles. My highlander, denali, 2010 250 and others work fine. But then my launch and autel work on all those PLUS the newer fords. Lol.
