Hill descent control fault, service AdvanceTrac warning

2017 f-350 XL , just started the truck and the Hill descent control fault, service AdvanceTrac message come on , engine speed increased and the throttle in non responsive, when i touch the brake it idles down for a moment but engine speed resumes to 1100 rpm . check engine light can on and the wrench light and traction control light and the brake light .. trying to get a code reader now because i cant drive it , it will only idle. i need help Please

Now i noticed that the AC is not blowing cold

Perhaps low battery voltage? Also I would try disconnecting both batteries for about 15-20 minutes then reconnect them to see if anything clears.

i did find the wires to the brake fluid reservoir broken and repaired them that made the brake light go out . will i have to reset the fault for it to clear?
