Seats for driver and passenger

Seats for driver and passenger
Hi all,
I'm putting a row of two seats in the back of my 69 E100 cargo van so that I can register it as a passenger vehicle in CA. I found a really nice pair of 2nd row seats from a Yukon. I like them because the entire seat belt is build into the seats so that I don't have to install them. I'd like to do the same for the front seats but the Yukon seats are too wide to be compatible with the size of the dog house. Anyone know of a vehicle that has seats with built-in seat belts that might fit better?
thanks,
Scott

Try second row bucket seats from a Suburban or Tahoe or Yukon. Most have built-in seat belts from 2000 or 2001.
GM trucks with suicide rear doors have the seat belt built into the front seats. A higher trim level truck with center console will have buckets but you’ll have to wire power since they’ll have electric adjustment.
Some BMW convertibles have built in seat belts.

You only need lap belts for a ‘69 van, correct?

Great info! Thanks a lot. Yes, its legal to just have lap belts but I had been thinking about making the conversion anyway, and when I realized how easy it would be if I got seats with the belts built in I kind of thought it would be a nice update. Now that I'm old I kind of like the idea of having the whole set up instead of just lap belts.
