Running board lift?

Is it simply a matter of using 3-2WD running board drop brackets to raise the R.B.'s and fix some of the break over angle on a 4WD F-350? I mulched my factory 4WD brackets and R.B.'s. Powered, retracting R.B.'s would probably take it in the shorts where we like to go.

I think the f150 brackets will fit with no modification? And raises them up pretty tight. Try searching it or hopefully someone will chime in.

Yes, brackets from a 15 up F150 will raise them 2.25", sets are available readily on ebay.

So, are you saying there is a difference between 2WD - F-150 and 4WD - F-150?
Can anyone post a pic of the 2WD F-150 stock running board?
Thanks.

5" wide take off F150 boards. They only have two brackets per side instead of the three the SD have and flex a little in the middle but I've had no issues in the almost five years I've owned the truck.

F350 Tremor step board take offs solve lots of problems. Bolt on, don't flex. Love them on my CCLB!

I thought I answered clearly in post #3..... mainly because I had F150 brackets on my 19 F250 for a couple weeks until my new boards showed up.....

Summers22,
Both myself and my brother John ordered the F-150 brackets from ebay.
Thanks for your information.
