How long does the dealer get answers from Ford Hot Line?

How long does the dealer get answers from Ford Hot Line?

On Monday i brought my truck to dealer for warranty on two side mirrors vibrate at 100kmh. Also do the recall on the camera and the cluster not saving the last screen. by the end of the day they called me they need one more day because after update my cluster shows ABS, Airbag, Engine lights, and they have to call Ford Hotline to get more instruction. Then on Tue they called me they said they have to wait for Ford to call back and they need to keep the truck for 1 more day. On Wed I called them to ask for the update on my truck, dealer said they still waiting for Ford to call them, I asked why it takes so long for Ford to answer and dealer told me Ford takes 24-48 hours to answer.

Yesterday I called my dealer again an they said they are waiting for Ford AGAIN. Its now 72 hours and Ford did not answer my deal. That's all what the dealer told me, only one side story. I feel like dealer technician messed up something when update the cluster software.

I just wondering anyone in this forum has experience the same situation like mine?

My is 2023 F250 Limited and only 13.800km.

most times 1-3 business days, but i have seen some over a week

I called Ford Canada yesterday, and the lady could not find my Hot ticket. She called the dealer and found my ticket in the system. But she told me she does not know when my ticket will be resolve as it depends on Ford Engineer Department. It has been 5 days since I dropped off my truck to dealer. And it has been 4 days since the dealer called Ford Hot Line for my problem.
I don't know what went wrong in the software when they update the cluster.
