F 450 Limited Badging
Hi All,
I have a new 2024 F-450 Limited. The build number is on the center console arm rest with vin number.
My question is, does this unique number show up anywhere else on the vehicle? I have heard it might be in a couple of other places.
Is there anything else kind of secret that makes it special?
Thanks

Only thing special about the much more expensive Limited is the freaking badge on the console. The leather is no better than what is in the Platinum. So for an extra $10K what makes the limited more special than the Platinum? No hate, I just see it as a waste of money for a badge and blue seat covers.

Standard on Limited and optional on Platinum:
!- The 6.7 L High Output diesel
2- A powered moonroof
3- some extra bling items like lighting etc.
When you trade in you will get about 1/2 of the $5,000 back in trade value over a Platinum.

Not saying it's for me, but I can see the appeal of the Limited for someone who wants all the standard features it provides and likes the unique bits it includes. The badge is the least impressive part of the whole thing to me though.

I always thought if they are going to call something a "limited" there should be a set limit on the number of them built that year. Then there is at least some known level of exclusivity for the people putting their money down on it. 1000 of each F-250, F-350, and F-450 or something.
