Has anyone filed suit against Internet Brands Automotive yet for failure to deliver?

 

 

I thnk he's referring to swag that is promised when you join club FTE. Doesn't look like you're a member based on your signature but if you have fast connection and can deal with the ads i don't blame you. I'm still in the land of very slow DSL
I re-upped my membership for 2yrs and nothign was ever sent to me either. Maybe theyre just slow but i'm grateful to get rid of hte ad's that pop up all over the place.

 

Yep, that's it. I'm a "silver" member. It's been going on a year now for the membership. I was asked to verify my shipping address twice now and still nothing. I hate to seem petty, but if I'm told I will get something (three times now) and still not getting it, it pee's me off. If they would just say "no longer available" that would also work, but now they're offering free pint glasses. What a bunch of crap! Guess I'll just have to be the first to file. Stay tuned.

 

I hear ya. In years past when I renewed I never had a problem and got my shirt an sticker in a timely fashion.
But... ...I renewed my membership here back in October and have yet to receive my "swag". I think the swag is a pint glass this time around. Whatever it is, I haven't received it.

Who do we need to talk to about this??

Add me to the list of members who renewed and never received anything. I did fill out the requested form that was sent to my inbox.

 

I`ll pass this on and if anyone doesn`t have any response within a wk or so let me know.

 

I just got this rubber stamp reply today (12/19). It means nothing to me because this is the same exact message I received twice before. Ain't automation great? Maybe a little nudge from my attorney will do something. I'm retired so I can move this issue to the top of my priority list with no problem.

 

I haven't heard a word.
I've filled out the form twice (due to rectal cranial inversion I couldn't remember if I filled it out the first time....LOL)

Hello Everyone!

I am very sorry for the delay in receiving your membership items. Generally speaking, it take 4-6 weeks for your SWAG to arrive. If you ordered within that window, you should be receiving it by the end of the year barring any holiday delays by USPS. For those of you who have been waiting longer, i went ahead and sent a new set to each of you. Those should also be arriving within the next few weeks.

We appreciate your support of FTE and are looking into ways to expedite this process going forward.
