2018 F250 6.2 XLT new Nitto Ridge Grapplers LT285/75R18
Installed some LT285/75R18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my truck today. Just wanted to post some pictures to show everyone. I was in between these and the BFG KO2 35x12.50 but chose these because of being a little skinnier and having the heavier load rating. I had the crap Goodyears on there that the dealer couldn't get balanced even after 2 balances and a road force. I've been dealing with a steering wheel shake at 70mph and above for a few months. Well these tires have corrected that issue! I am surprised at how smooth and quiet these are on the interstate. Even with these tires being almost 70lbs a piece I really can't tell I've lost much power. I will update with MPG's after a few weeks. Let me know what
you think! Thanks

Good choice of rubber. I have run mud terrains for most of my life. My current hunting/play truck is a 2009 duty. It spends a lot of time hauling around my bigfoot camper. I figured for a change I would run some all terrains and chose the 35x1250-18 ridge grapplers due to their impressive "F" load rating. These tires are crazy smooth riding! They even work pretty fair off road. I should have done this long ago! My 2017 is running similar toyo RTs but when I run them off I think the ridge grapplers will replace them.

Looks great. I’ll be needing new skins soon myself. My main porpoise for this truck is DD and plow snow in the winter and these on stock wheels look like they fit the bill. I have the 4.30’s and drive a lot of 70mph Highway so I would guess that I would not take any hit on milage, and might even gain some.

No lift all stock I haven't noticed any rubbing yet. I will check today at full lock and see how close it is.

Today I put about 250 miles on the tires. I drove a 70 mile stretch mixed with interstate and 55mph roads that I drove yesterday with stock tires and only noticing
about a 1 mpg loss. Even got to tow the camper to the campground and was surprised of how good the truck did with the heavier tires. I can tell it does affect the performance a little but not much. With my stock tires running 70-72mph with the camper I was getting around 7.5-8mpg now I noticed it was at a steady 7mpg. In my opinion the looks of the truck in
person is worth the loss!
