Deleted my truck last Friday
Went over to a buddies and we tore into my truck at 930pm Friday night. He started on the engine side and I started on the exhaust, loosening all the nuts and bolts and disconnecting all the electrical connectors. Got the DPF out and installed the 5" Flo-Pro Straight Piped dual exhaust. aligning the dual splitter was a little chore, but not too bad, but the drivers side exhaust tip was very difficult. Not sure if it the exhaust end or the exhaust tip that wasn't correct, but we finally got on. Then we finished up the EGR Delete and the intake. Installed EZLynk with Tyrant tunes and I will say, the truck woke up immediately. Love these tunes and Cale is the man, he has this trans dialed in. Took us 4 hours to knock all of it out. Not a bad job at all. here are some pics.
Also, I was able to find a guy who sells dummy electrical connectors for the EGR and DPF after it is deleted. Really nice to be able to just plug those up with dummy connectors.

Ive been running a similar set up for a few months now. 4” flo pro delete pipe instead of the 5”, but EZ LYNK as well. I have both Tyrant and PPEI tunes for mine. Just downloaded the new Tyrant stuff today, and the truck runs great. I was running the PPEI tow tune for the past couple months and was really pleased with it, but I may stick with Tyrant for the time being. I saw a solid 2.5-3.5 mpg increase once deleted on the highway, and 1-2 in town.
