Has anyone been able to get COTUS to work for a 2019 order? I have tried many times and it comes back with:

"A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order."

Just wondering if there is something wrong with my order, I am not plugging in the info correctly, or 2019's all show up like this in cotus as really just just started scheduling them today...

That's exactly what I got. I also read that scheduling is delayed to AT EARLIEST 5/24. We will see... If you see it come up before then please update us! I'll do the same.

 

 

For my 2018 order, it took from 1/24 to 3/15 before I got any COTUS info. Then it was in order processing until 4/25. It has been in production since then. My eta is 5/31 and has not changed.

 

dealer just processed my 2019 350 drw order today they said it would take 3 days and then it should show up on ford service order confirmation and 1 week a vin number . the order status will not be set for any 2019 sd till 5/24 when they set up the orders placed from 3/6 till 5/24 moved from 5/18

 

Well let us know if it does indeed show up. I ordered mine 2 months ago and there is zero information out there on it.

 

Quick question- Are ya'll using "Order Code" and "Sales Code" from the WBDO sheet for "Order Number" and "Dealer Code"? I know it's still early but no change in status as of yet. I'm just wondering if I'm using good info to begin with... TIA

 

banditg2000 yes all correct info. is put in but like I said the orders date got moved to 5/24 for getting any status back until ford puts the orders in the system nothing will show up they will be going back to when the order bank opened up on 3/6 run one week of dealer stock orders and then our orders will show up .

 

My dealer ordered two of my trucks... one as dealer stock and one as retail. He wasn't sure which would get pulled first. He stated he would cancel the second one or possibly let it come in and sell it because he liked my build. I'm curious which one will be pulled first. I'll try to find out Thursday and let ya'll know.

 

my bet is dealer stock first ford likes to do the first week orders to dealer stock to render any problems with production not going out to customers orders . but it will be interesting to see because the only change in 19s is option changes just a carry over in production . at any rate we should all know soon .

 

COTUS isn't working yet for me. I know it's early in the day though. I'm excited that today should be the day... We will see. Have any of you been able to successfully track your truck?

 

Ha Ha... I type my information in on CUTOS for my 2019 and get someone's 2017 Taurus SHO order from a 5/1/17 order. Hope that gets flushed out!! Anyone that orders know if this is an error?

 

Nothing here in COTUS yet either. I'm watching this thread so if anyone gets a 2019 build date, please post here.
