Replacement Shocks 1993 F350

Now that I have the bed off I am considering replacing the shocks. This a very stock, no lift type F350. I’m looking good replacements this is mostly road driven. I’ve looked through the bilstiens which is fine, any other suggestions and please include models I know what to buy for a mustang, trucks are a whole other breed. Especially for a driver. Thanks for the input

I have the Bilsteins on my F350. Really like them. Had them on my Ranger, and I have them on my Porsche. They completely transformed the Ranger, and basically tamed the F350.
Put KYB Monomax on my F150 to try something different. They are nice, and better than the stock shocks which I replaced at ~70k miles, but not hugely. I don't know how they would be on a one ton, but i'm sure they would work well.

I think Bilsteins are pretty hard to beat, but even the super cheap Monroes or Gabriels will feel better than worn out shocks.

Can you guys recall the model? There is at least three different types of bilsteins for the F350. Thanks for the replies

I think the Bilstein 4600 series shocks are the ones to check out. There are a few models to choose from within the series so you will need to do some checking as I don't know exactly which ones would work for you. For my 92 F250 SC the B6 4600 is the recommended shocks for the front and rear although they have different part numbers. Unfortunately I don't remember what web site I got the numbers from. Fwiw, here are the numbers. Front - Bilstein B6 4600 24-016179. Rear - Bilstein B6 4600 24-016186
