I don't think paper manuals are available for late model vehicles any longer. Everything has gone digital.
I purchased paper service manuals for all my vehicles from Helm however the service manual for my 16' F250 is a PDF. I didn't get it from Helm because I found it somewhere else cheaper. The PDF is nice because it's searchable and when a specific section is needed it can be printed. Personally, I saved the service manual to my Google drive and have access to it anytime anywhere with a phone, tablet, computer, etc.

I went with Helm. Too many unknowns going with other "Factory" manuals. For my '15 250 it came as a CD with printable pdf pages inside the custom interface. The CD also has 350, 450, and 550 SD but the are key locked. I ordered the wiring diagrams at the same time. That came as a bound book in 8x12 format.

Couple examples from the manaul.

I misspoke when I said the others were "locked". What I meant to say was the Model Year, in my case 2015, was the only option. The other trucks -350, 450, 550 are available-just only for model year 2015.

Thanks for the comparison. looks like the helm version has a bit more functionality.

I've been using www.alldatadiy.com for years, and I think it's about the cheapest way to get the factory service info. It's all OEM info, but a bit harder to use than what was posted above. Around $30 for a 5-year subscription, and they will switch vehicles once per year if you no longer own the one you're subscribing to.
I don't subscribe to the SD one anymore, but here's a shot from the manual for my Escape:
It's all a matter of preference, but I dislike paper manuals. Being able to search an electronic document for what I want and print relevant info is a lot easier for me than leafing through a 1,000+ page book.

AllData... Most independent garages uses it... I did for years...
up to date...
look and ask at your local public library... some offer it for FREE.... mine does..
I still go as I am retired and no longer have direct access to Alldata...
I am going to look into what "TOM" said.. I did not know they offered DIY ..
Thank You Tom...

I purchased a factory authorized CD put out by Bishko from Ebay for about $45.
The Good:
1.0) The 3 key Ford issued documents are all there: Wiring Diagrams and Vol 1 & Vol 2 Workshop Manuals. All ~ 6000 pages in their PDF glory.
1.2) The 500 MB PDF files are not "locked" so you can transfer to them to as many computer hard drives as you want.
The Bad:
2.0) There are no hyperlinks within the Bishko PDF files. So when needing to go to another chapter to find details on prep work to you main task can go there manually. And the chapters/references are all in the form of "goto 129.8C" but all pages are numbered sequentially, so you have to mouse/scan thru hundreds of pages to find 129.8C located on page 2583. Then you have to write that number down if you want to got back, else immediately print out that section. Or you can do a keyword search of the chapter or item by typing it into your PDF viewer tool.
Will try to hang with my Bishko manual for the time being, would rather have a better digital version if I did this everyday for a living, else have access to paper copy.
