Upgraded to a 2017 F350 - moving to this section!
I'm moving from the 1999-2016 section of the board to this section! Just started the buying process on a 2017 F350 6.2 CC XLT loaded in Ruby Red Metallic. Will be a nice upgrade from my 2006 F250 XLT. Should be picking it up on Friday, we still have some paperwork to do and the dealer has to get a Line-X and bed mat done. I'm looking forward to the new features and "luxury" of these new generation of trucks. I'll be doing truckside Fisher plow hardware and a full LED warning/work light upfit as well over the next week or two so stay tuned for some updates! Great posts in here, great info!

Thanks guys, I'm very excited. The 6.2 seems to have plenty of power and is very smooth. Diesels are great and I drive them at work, but I wanted to stick to a gasser for a personal. Hunted around a while to find this truck and I'm happy with the deal. While I am sad that my run with the 06 has come to an end, Friday can't come soon enough!

Thanks! I did just find out my truck won't have remote start, which is important to me living in New England. I did however find the kit from 12Volt Solutions that is plug and play and essentially activates a factory remote start feature in the truck, so I will be installing that. Anyone used this system yet?
