Stance and wheel and tire size

Hey guys. I have a 1973 f100 2wd swb I would like to find some photos of various wheel and tire combinations. With details. Offset/backspacing/wheel width ..all the details. I like a fat tire in the rear tucked under the fenders. I'd like to see some detailed pics. I will likely be using the dream beam drop. It's currently lowered the old fashioned way. Cut springs in front and pulled leafs in Back. But I wanna do it right this time and get rid of those bowed in front tires.

DB.
What look are you going for? I'm swapping out my old suspension for 4 wheel independent. All 1995 Jaguar independent suspension. I've already purchased my old school looking coke bottle American mag wheels. I haven't purchased the tires yet. My wheels are 20x10 in the rear & 18x8.5 fronts.
I think I'm going to run 255x35x18 front & 315x40x20 in the rear.
I don't have any ictures of it yet.
. Where abouts do you live. I just took off a set of brand new Dream Beams if you are interested?
I have pictures of the truck with a flu kit & the dream beams with 15 inch wheels on it.
. The only reason o took off the beams was because it just wasn't low enough for me. Plus I wanted to bag it front & rear.
. Good luck. Let me know?

20" dodge steelies, djm beams and flip kit.
It's a little low in the rear . Might need to put the main load leaf back in to level it out.

Any lower and it might not turn without some air ride. It can look cool when a truck sits super low or lays frame, but its usually in park when it does.

Drlittle, what size tires are you running? Mine doesn't sit quite as low in the front with the 3" DJM beams. Did you cut the coils at all? I did shackles and hangers in the rear so it's not nearly as low in the rear, especially since you pulled a leaf.

I just pulled my brand new DIM Beams. It also is a flip kit in the rear. I just pulled it out in my yard. Took a good look at it. Didn't like how low it was. So I drove it bc K to my shop. Set it up on stands an cut the front end off of it. As soon as I get the front Jaguar XJS suspension installed in the front. I'll flip it around & install the Jaguar IRS.
I'll try to get some pictures up with the Beams an flip kit under it.

. Anyone out there doing either the crown Vic or Jaguar independent front suspension?

Ah, I seeeeee. I'm running the same size tires, but with stock coils unmodified. I've considered pulling a leaf out of the rear if I ever want mine to sit lower. I'm content with it now. I'm not trying to slam mine or anything. Only pics I have at the moment, taken this morning.

I have , just removed, wide aftermarket wheels and tires. Fronts are nitro 285-40-zr 18 and the rears are nitto 295_45_ zr18. On 18 x 8 rims. All new. Looks cool if that's your thing. I removed them and went back to painted steel wheels. All is for sale

I've received a lot of compliments on my combo. '77 f-150 all stock springs, it has the HD rear springs so it sat like 3-4" higher in the rear stock.

DJM dream beams and a DJM flip kit in the rear (dropped 5.5") with a suicide doors c-notch welded in. Wheels are old superior turbines, 15x8 with 3-3/4" or 3.5" backspace.

tires are front 215/70r15 and rear 255/70r15
