How to remove intake manifold 2006 Ford v10 6.8

How to remove intake manifold 2006 Ford v10 6.8
Going to remove head on my 2006 Ford F-350 6.8 v10, however, struggling to get the intake off.
Have removed 8 bolts from top of plastic intake next to injectors, and tried to pry a bit, but won't even budge.
Any other bolts etc. that needs to removed before the intake will come off, or do I just have to pry harder?
Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks. Got it off finally. No wonder it wouldn't budge, still had bolts in it. 
Now I think all that is in my way of removing the head the hard way is the pesky under hood heater housing box, need to find removal steps for that and I think I will be all set.
Will be starting a new thread for that soon.

Hello, I know this is an old thread, but I need to remove the intake manifold on my 2006 V10. Can I remove the lower and the upper intake mainifolds at the same time, or do I need to remove them separately , Thanks in advance for any help Jerry
