Autonation Platinum Vehicle Protection Plan

Autonation Platinum Vehicle Protection Plan
Autonation sold me a 7-year, 100K mile extended warranty with a $100 deductible for $2100. I really thought I was getting a Ford extended warranty, which appears to be the ESP? When looking for pricing on the ESP plan for similar coverage, the price is about the same for my truck. Should I be looking to get a refund and go with the real deal ESP plan, or should I be comfortable with the plan they sold me? It looks like I can get a 100% refund within 60 days of purchase, according to the plan papers.

Autonation tries to do that to people cancel it and get ford esp. I made sure when I bought mine from autonation it was ford esp and I paid 1,600 or so for ext esp warrant. I made them match what people were paying for it online that was posted on here. They listed a dealership that sells ext warranty dirt cheap online

I lost my entire warranty premium a few years back when the warranty company went under. That was without ever filing a claim. This time around I skipped the third party warranty and went straight for the Ford warranty.
Autonation tried to sell me on their plan. No thanks. Then they wouldn't even come close to matching the online price of an actual Ford warranty.
