Well it's definitely a blown headgasket or cracked head or block or something along those line I completely drained radiator and left upper hose lose installed motorcraft thermostat and started filling it with coolant when it started coming out top of radiator I reconnected top hose finished topping off coolant and started truck drove it for a bit all was well had head again no leaks then parked truck and let idle for while sitting in truck next thing I know I lose heat and temp guage still shows cool get out no leaking water pop hood and the degas bottle is completely full to top so I start loosening cap while truck is running start spewing antifreeze lots of bubbles but it's only luke warm in definitely sure I'm getting compression into water jacket well guess it's time to put my spare motor in thank you guys for all your guys help

Can you do a compression test? Then a leak down test at TDC?

If you pass the first the second may tell you if it is heads or cylinder walls.

The turbo PSI is what determines if you will need head studs, but not just studs you will also need stiffer valve springs and chromoly push rods or else you will get valve float and damage your valves.

At the time being I was just planning on running it detuned so I don't damage anything and soon as funds are available I plan on studing it and install valve springs and all the nessesary upgraded I already have guages exhaust and efuel and turbo just wanting to make sure I'm not gonna turn around and blow my new motor up with these
