What ECT/EOT temperature deltas are you all seeing?

I know my oil cooler is fine... For now. However I am curious as to what temperatures you all are seeing with no load whatsoever. I replaced my radiator and changed my coolant out (changed some ELC to some fresh ELC after driving around on distilled water to clean it out. Anyway my oil cooler temps are are spreading anywhere from 5-10 degrees and sometimes when ECT is over 200 degrees and I speed up and the ECT drops to 190 in a matter of seconds. However my EOT will drop from like 206 to 203 and hold for a few seconds and the ECT will climb or the EOT will drop more. I'm probably paranoid here. I just replaced an oil cooler 20k miles ago.

Just want to know what kind of temperatures others are seeing? I've heard of some seeing no more than a 4 degree spread and others just like mine. I just think mine is a bit much for comfort

That's a bit pushing it there lol. How long has it been like that? Probably going to have to replace it sooner or later lol. My last oil cooler was 5 degrees one day and 23 the next.

Mine EOT has been showing 7-10 degrees hotter if driving with no trailer.

I did the Coolant filter kit, Restore & VC-9 flushes and run Fleetgaurd ELC and it's still the same.

I just bought the truck in early April so I don't know what it's prior history was with other owners.

Been that way for last 3 years since I became aware it needed to be checked. It's a consistent 15, if it gets any higher I might consider a cooler but right now it doesn't scare me or cause any problems. Knock on wood

Some of you all are lucky. my last oil cooler failed literally overnight and I'm worried it will happen again.

10-12 A/C on or off, towing or empty, been that way since I changed the cooler 40,000 miles ago. ECT runs 190-192 empty and 196-198 towing.

3 to 5 degree spread around town,, 9-11 on the interstate. Been that way over a year now. Not worried about it. I know cooler is good. I watch my eot drop soon as I'm off the interstate or come to a red light

Same as me. Except the EOT doesn't drop instantly I stop or slow down. Takes a few seconds to a minute. Usually my EOT doesn't drop it will stay the same and my ECT will rise due to the lack of airflow. but they are within 4-6 degrees of each other

Similar to mine on the interstate. My Eot rises to around 205 as my Ect rises to around 200. Then once my Ect falls off to 194 that creates my 11 degree spread. And as I drive my Ect rises and lowers a few degrees while my Eot stays relatively the same give or take.
