Front seats

I'm currently looking to replace my front seats 1991 ford f350 xlt lariat extended cab as the driver frame is broken. And the seats are in horrible condition. Currently have 2 oem buckets with a hard plastic center console. Looking to replace with 40/20/40 and I like the center seat/center console. I have checked my local junk yards with no luck (all seats already pulled). Any suggestions as to where to get new ones or anyone getting rid of ones in good condition. I drive the truck already but it's not comfortable for any long drive as the driver seat does not provide support.

In the short term, you can buy one of these
Amazon Amazon

Maybe put a seat cover over it

Already has seat covers and it the back of the frame that is broken. And requires me to sit straight up without being able to use the backrest.

Hmm, maybe one of these
Amazon Amazon

And like a 2x4 on the broken part of the seat, or a cut piece of plywood so it's flat, behind this cushion.

For at least a short term fix, if this isn't helping, I'll stop

Anyone have an 088 ATS factory Turbo Kit for a 93 7.3idi? I don't need the turbo itself but would happily buy a whole setup. (Even take a whole motor with one if ya got it) but what I am primarily after are the exhaust portions of the factory kit. If anyone has these lying around please pm me. Thanks all.

Is there a list of parts that are becoming scarce and should be pursued in advance?

ISO: HD Alternator for 1991 e-350 HD with 7.3 Diesel

Just picked up a retired ambulance for a great price. I need an alternator to get it running and am having a heck of a time tracking down the model number of the stock alternator or the heavy duty alternator that was probably in it as an ambulance.

This is a Type III ambulance, so it is a standard body (bot a cutaway) with a raised roof. As a result, I can probably get by with a stock alternator as I wont be running everything the ambo did.

All guidance is appreciated.

Thanks,

Doug

Not sure on an exact part number, but when I was shopping for alternators for my 7.3 at autozone I noticed several different ones. They did specify whether it was for the ambulance package or not, but I would look at the plug in your truck and then find one online with the same port. Good chance it won’t come with the double belt wheel, I had to swap mine over from the old alternator.

Seeking 87-91 Centurion CREW CAB interior parts.

The title says the bulk of it.

I am building a restomod/resurrection/tribute truck in honor of my father who passed back in 2022 (was building it for him when he passed)

Mainly seeking overhead consoles, above visor storage, and F350 and XLT Lariat badges that are in great condition.

I'm also looking for 2 of the 92-97 smooth panel tailgates. 1 is for this build and must be completely undamaged as it is going to have a tribute mural painted on it, the other is for my other truck which is my daily and is camouflaged so outside of being rust free, I have a little flexibility in it's condition.

Thanks in advance.

If you have the 130 or 160 amp alternator, chances are you have the tensioner with the damper on it. I could not obtain one and had to jump thru hopes and get one from a year newer model. So far it has worked for a couple hundred miles. Changing to a lesser amp alternator may help the tensioner survive a bit better. I had to go up to 93 year parts to get the correct enclosed spring tensioner. The open ones will not fit.

Great advice! Thanks!
