the help network will be down tomorrow for a server upgrade
WILL BE UPGRADED ON TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2008 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:00 PM EDT. WE ARE ANTICIPATING AN UPGRADE WINDOW OF LESS THAN 24 HOURS.
