the help network will be down tomorrow for a server upgrade
WILL BE UPGRADED ON TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2008 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:00 PM EDT. WE ARE ANTICIPATING AN UPGRADE WINDOW OF LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

WEB SITE ACCESS
Every step has been taken to minimize the downtime associated with this upgrade and access to your site will be made as quickly as possible. We are anticipating Web site downtime of approximately 10 hours.

Thanks for the update, and thanks for the great site. I don't see how the downtime could be any worse than the server upgrades we suffered through here not too long ago.
