Nothing.
A. I'm still working off last weekend.
B. For lunch had a club sub from Jersey Mikes.
I think next time we have a hot turkey I'm going to see if I can 2 'tater skins (see earlier) instead of fries or mashed.
Considering Leslie is opening the refrigerator door right now maybe desert would have been a good idea.

Pete,
The interesting thing is when you get really into it the medical community has no concrete answer why cramping occurs. And my particular situation where Levaquin stripped out the magnesium out of my cells and may have permanently damaged their ability to store it so I hype on mag. My potassium levels are fine and most time if I add P I get heart rhythm issues.
Water, mag, P, electrolytes all can be contributors to the issue. There are some sport teams that feed pickles to athletes before a game to prevent cramps, weird science.
Yesterday I was doing a lot of leg work while painting so I knew I had high cramp potential, just like planting transplants or hot days at the farm. So in addition to the mass quantity of water I normally consume, I add in Gatoraid and the mag creme on my legs when I go to bed.
But Pete's point is correct, you need to find your individual cause.

I can send a couple sixers your way but it would probably not be until Monday. That will give me the weekend (since I'm working Fri-Sun) to figure out packing so it survives. Plus who to go with, UPS, USPS, FedEx, ect... Probably will go UPS.
I'll PM so we can swap info.
