All this talk of grilling steak has me wondering if any of you have cooked one of my beef's lol. We loaded out seven trucks or about 300 animals the other day with just Dad, A neighbor kid and I doing the work..... it would've been a heck of a lot easier if the truckers could've kept the animals in the trailer, loading the same critter two or three times is Very annoying.

Yup, looks like just enough for the pan of mushrooms and onions. I like big cuts of steak. I laugh at those people that go to fancy restaurants and get a 4oz steak for $34 and say "its about the flavor not the quantity". Yeah, it can be good AND big! lol
Might look for a pan with no handle so it takes up less room. I like cast iron too!
I had a great productive weekend. The rest of my family was gone at the in-laws so I was all to my self
Along with the obligatory honey-do-this list, I got Rusty going again with a rebuilt carb and new gas tank. All the rubber fuel lines were actually vacuum lines with gas seeping through. Got those replaced.
I got the re-built carb on.
It fire right up! While Iwas tuning it, it suddenly started to rattle. I couldn't figure out what was wrong so I shut it down. When I tried to start it again the starter just growled. There's the problem!
Yesterday I drove the Skunk to the parts store and parked right in front of the doors. I set the old starter on the counter and said I want a knew one. The kid at the counter said, "Did this come out of that old Ford outside?" I replied, "I wouldn't have been able to drive it here if it did."
"Oh. Good point." HAHAHA!
I also spent time refreshing Dad's old Tonka truck. There's a lot of play left in that thing for future generations. My brother and I literally played the wheels off.
I got a picture of my 3 favorite rides.
When my family got back we got in on the grilling fun. Steak, pork chops, mushrooms, onions, and potatoes.
