It's a pain to find and they do get stopped up. It drips right on the pass. side leaf spring behind the front axle. They're is a small hole in the bottom of the seam. You can use a small piece of wire to unplug it and get it draining again. It's easier to feel it than see it. Just reach in and under the fender well, find the hard plastic, follow the seam down and back towards the cab. Outside is flat, inside is rounded with a small hole in the middle. You will have to contort you hand and wrist, but you can do it.
