Four years ago, as well as yesterday, you were contacted via Visitor Messaging by a scammer.

In both cases, I removed the scammer's user account, and deleted their messages, which were not only sent to you, but also to dozens, and in yesterday's case, hundreds of other FTE members.

Scammers cast a wide net, hoping that one or two victims will not realize that they are operating under false pretenses.

NEVER send an email to anyone who sends you an unsolicited email address that you did not request.

ALWAYS look at an FTE member's user profile (by clicking their username within FTE's website, which is safe) and then opening the "Statistics" tab to look at their post count. If the post count is ZERO, but the "Visitor Message" count is high, then assume that they are a scammer, and do not bother to respond.

Thank you FuzzFace2, for being a legitimate member of the FTE community!

    Ed,
I had a whole thing typed out but is too long.
Post the question in the 80 - 86 truck area and list the year truck & motor you have so I or others can help better.

    Hi Dave
I notice a recent post you made mentioning you put in the rear tank on your Flareside. I want to replace my front tank with a rear tank. How did you do the filler pipe for the rear tank?

    Thanks,
    Ed

What kind of clutch have you got, and how do I figure out what kind I got. Its an 86, 6 cyl, np435, dont know which transfer case yet. F150. Hoping not hydraulic. When I got it, no eng. No bell housing or flywheel. I have a clutch and pressure plate, and (I guess) throw out bearing(?) It looks like a spool /

Thanks, mine might be used for several weeks. Does it matter what voltage of charger? I have an old 24 volt that was for a floor scrubber. How do you know when it is ready to remove? Thanks again. I have read the link and will re read it tonight at work. Bruce
