This is actually 3 separate kits. Back up camera, Yaw sensor, & TPMS. The kits all interconnect. And you will end up with extra wire. Ford keeps changing the part numbers.
The only thing missing is the trailer TPMS sending units, that mount within the tire. Box’s and part numbers are included. I think any valve stem will work.
Camera is new and tested. Yaw sensor is new and tested, TPMS is used.
Camera projects on built in dash screen. TPMS also connect and comes up within the dash. Yaw sensor works with Backup assist to eliminate the backup camera assist camera.
I already have the trailer TPMS/Camera wiring kit and TPMS sensors already. I have all the parts in your fourth image. My trailer mounted cable assembly only has three connectors, and your third image shows four - my assumption is that the fourth connector is for the yaw sensor,
Unfortunately, I found that I don't have the "Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera System" (option 874) installed on my truck. Do you have the cable assembly that provides the 20pin connector to the hitch location? If so, where does the other end of that cable route to?
I think I'm confused here... @Big Adventure you only have one post and just joined the forum. The OP - (also named Big Adventure) joined 5 years ago and has 72 posts.

big adventure is my screen name. The other one has @ at the beginning.
The 20 pin wire is already part of your truck. The end is above the spare tire by the bumper. You need the plug that replaces the 7x4 plug. The new plug is 7x20 pin. It comes with a 7x4 plug adapter.
Weird.. there are two "Big Adventure" posters in this thread - one with a 5 year track record, and another that joined the forum right after I made my post! The second poster wants me to send money before sending a picture of the part.

Since I don't have the "Ultimate Tow Package", I don't have that cable & 20 pin connector by the spare tire. I'm out of luck.
I bought the new 7x20 plug, sensors, TPMS unit, etc. but later discovered there is nowhere to connect on the truck side without having that tow package factory installed. Luckily my local Ford dealer parts guys said they would let me return the unusable parts.

Makes you think, eh?

Good job @Mr. Ed-Colorado for observing and comparing the difference in post count between the original listing poster @Big Adventure , and the imposter "Big Advęnture" who I just permanently banned a moment ago, after finding this thread while doing a targeted sweep of Marketplace looking for impersonation scammers.
Please rest assured that it is impossible for there to be two user accounts on FTE with the exact same spelling of the exact same username. Not possible. Our software won't allow it. Therefore, whenever you see what LOOKS like two different accounts with the same username, look a bit more carefully at the spelling of the username.
In this case, let's examine the username sneakily selected by the impersonating scammer who accessed FTE from an IP address in Nigeria: Big Advęnture. See the difference?
Let's magnify it...
Big Advęnture
Whenever anyone posts a response on FTE Marketplace, most especially if they offer a phone number and ask you to shoot them a text.. do what Mr. Ed-Colorado did:
1. Be very wary. Be vigilant. Be skeptical. Be suspicious. Be circumspect. Be careful.
2. Look at the post count. 1 post? Dead give away.
3. COMPARE post count of the respondent with the post count of the original listing post at the top of the thread.
4. Look for diacritical marks above and below any vowels in the spelling, such as in the case above, where the impersonating scammer substituted "ę" for "e"
5. Look for other letter substitutions, such as 0 for O, I for l (capital i for lower case L), etc.
6. Do not send money, ever, without verifying that who you are talking to is actually the original member who listed the item for sale.
7. Do not agree to any Apple Gift card payment swap (a known technique used in the past by these types of impersonation scammers)
Note to other viewers of this thread that the banned scammer is no longer listed in the thread. He did ask me to text him for a follow up, told me everything I wanted to hear, but would not send me pictures of the actual cable I needed. He also provided a very odd looking email address where he wanted me to send money via Zelle (which BTW is not refundable). A few atypical interactions that made me double check.
Thanks for your report on the interactions you had with the scammer. Your sharing of insights (about the scammer's request to use Zelle, as an example) helps our entire FTE community fight back against these scumbags.
