OBS Ford water bypass tube. Custom designed by myself in the USA and hand-made. I designed an improved Stainless Steel replacement for Ford Part # F2TZ-8555 (with 20" bracket spacing only). This part has been out of production and unavailable for many years. I AM NOT A COMMERCIAL BUSINESS. I made a small batch of these parts myself and would like to see them go to fellow Ford Truck enthusiasts.

This is the bypass tube that bolts to and runs across the top of the radiator on later OBS Ford F-series and Bronco. This part is very commonly rusted out, or leaking from the rubber hoses. Many of these trucks have had the coolant ports capped off (not a great idea) or replaced with an ugly/unwieldy rubber hose. This part will look great in your OBS Ford's engine compartment, and allows you to return your coolant bypass/throttle body routing to the way the engineers at Ford intended.

This part fits many Ford F-series and Bronco with HD cooling packages (2-core radiator) from about 1990-1996 with gas v8 engines 5.0, 5.8, 7.5 (aka 302, 351, 460). Also includes model year 1997 only for the OBS F-250HD and F-350. It may fit other models and years but I cannot be sure.

This part bolts to the top of your radiator. There are multiple versions of this part with different spacing on the brackets! Currently I am only offering the 20" spacing (which is usually found in the 2-core radiators). 

If you require the larger 24" spacing (usually found on 1-core radiators), please send me a direct message. I am considering designing that part, but only if there is suitable demand for it.

This part is made of stainless steel so it will never rust out like the original. The mounting brackets are TIG welded. It has quality Gates 3/8" rubber heater hose permanently crimped on just like the original. I have also supplied 2x mounting clips and a 2x flanged bolts for installation. You will need to supply your own hose clamps and cut the hoses to length on install.

These tubes are expensive and time-consuming for me to make, but I love to see these trucks stay on the road and stay as original as possible. Thank you for your interest.
