This kit is for a Ford truck in bed puck system. Manual is included.

The kit is new in the box, never been used. Came with my 2019 Ford F-450 Dully. Never used because I use a different hitch to tow my 5th wheel. 

It consists of one 2 5/16-inch gooseneck ball, one 3-inch gooseneck ball and safety chain anchor attachments.

The 2 5/16-inch ball is rated for 27,500 lbs. gross trailer weight maximum. The 3-inch ball is rated for 37,000 lbs. gros trailer weight maximum.

The maximum pin weight for the 2 5/16-inch ball is 6,875 lbs. The maximum pin weight for the 3-inch ball is 8,250 lbs.

You can purchase this kit from a Ford dealer for $730, eBay has them for around $550 or this kit for $450 and save from $280 to $100.
