Description:
FS: Long term pilot bearing solution for the ZF6 & 7.3 Power Stroke diesel. This was a combined effort of a few FTE'rs dedicated to helping to keep these older trucks on the road.
The bearing is a two piece design that provides a steel sleeve to overcome years of wear or a damaged input shaft and a self-lubricating bronze bushing.
The input sleeve is CNC machined from 4140 prehardened steel and the bronze bushing is machined from 841 sintered oil impregnated bronze. The sleeve returns the friction surface of the input shaft to like new condition while the sintered bronze will channel lubricants between the bushing itself and the steel sleeve.
The bushing thickness has been upgraded in order to provide unmatched support between the flywheel and the input shaft.
Kit includes:
1x Sintered bronze bushing
1x Input shaft repair sleeve
1x Alignment sleeve
1x Loctite 609 single use capsule

I am getting ready to do some work on my 2000 F-250 PSD with the 7.3L and ZF6 transmission. I would really like to buy one of these kits if possible so I can replace the clutch at the same time. Can you please contact me if available or if youknow when they might be available again?
