Description:

After fifteen years I am parting with my 7.3. It's been a great time, but I cannot keep up with a 20+ year old truck anymore.

She has 308,030 miles. I'm the second owner and bought her when she had 75,000 miles.

There is some rust on the body, not much, but it's there. Please see the photos.

She's had consistent oil changes and some modifications:

updated CPS installed
Riff Raff 6637 intake filter
updated UVCH harnesses
coolant filter installed
spray liner and rubber rug in bed
full size spare tire
Sportsman Camo seat covers
ball hitch for gooseneck trailer

Last year she got new injectors, FASS fuel system (no more annoying stock fuel filter O-ring), KC100 turbo and new stock fuel injectors, new glow plugs, new drive shaft, Hydra chip and new oil cooler. She also got a new front end this month.

All these worked fine, I just replaced them ahead of time. Now I wish I put that toward a new truck! lol But it was worth it. The 7.3 is a legend and I'm honored to have driven it for as long as I have.

She runs fine. She runs better when you let her warm up and cool down.

I used her as a daily driver and for towing boats, nothing larger than a 22' bay boat.

I'd rather see her go to someone who's going to love her for the 7.3 she is, rather than a quick trip to CarMax. Hopefully someone with more mechanical prowess than myself can do something great with her.
