Two trucks, 1 project. 1966 F250, 1965 F250
For Sale1966 Ford F-250
Description:
Up for sale is this project. Priced reasonably low for quick sale. Project is in it's final stages of being complete, but I've racked up credit card debt, and need to do the responsible thing. Im selling my beloved project, and quashing the interest rates. Overview:This project comes with 2 trucks.1965 F250, parts truckAnd 1966 F250 project truck. Both come with CLEAN titles. 1965 truck is complete, except I threw away inner fenders.1966 ford truck is complete, but is missing bed (hence 1965 parts truck). Also, the parts truck is mainly assembled, so that'll help with reassembly of 1966 truck after paint. 1966 Ford F250 (cab in garage, sanded almost completely to bare metal, along with sanded tailgate, and good fenders) has rebuilt 352 engine and transmission, with headers. Engine has 5k miles since rebuild. Transmission is MANUAL, though the 1965 Truck is automatic, so a conversion would be easy if you'd like to swap steering column and transmission.Frame for 1966 F250 is undercoated, is practically new. Has after market sway bars installed at rear diff, and in front of frame.Brakes drums are new. Comes with power booster for master cylinder, etc.Comes with new bushings for radiator support, new radiator, new weather stripping for windshield, etc. Many small interior parts for cab (vent, heater, etc) were refurbished.New hoses and a working heater.1966 truck is in amazing shape, because it's been stored indoors (so no rusted cab corners, nothing!). Project truck comes with new door handles, new cigar lighter, new radio, etc. New bushings, etc.A LOT OF NEW PARTS. Too much to list. This project is super close to being done, but I'm not in the financial position to finish it, and have chosen to move on in my life to focus on other things. The truck comes with everything needed to complete it.This includes bondo, guide coat sprayers, new seam sealer, and new paint (which on its own costed me $1600). I purchased from industrial finished 4 months ago, see receipts in photos.High end stuff. See picture of receipt. Paint comes with instructions and tools (compressor air cleaner, water filter, and spray gun kit). The color of the paint is 1955 Ford Fairlane "Neptune Green (looks like mix of mint green, and baby blue)/ and Creamy White." Like I said. Truck comes with everything needed to be completed. This means original factory electrical diagrams (of you want to use old wire harness), instruction manuals, etc. Truck comes with new radiator, new water pump, and new distributor, rebuilt 4barrel carb (though engine doesn't need it, because it runs fine, but this box of extra goodies comes with sale).
The radiator support and inner fenders have been sand blasted and painted black.
Fenders are in primer, but it's old, so I suggest sanding that down completely, and repainting with paint Provided.
Tailgate is already sanded to bare metal. I'm selling both of these trucks together.
1966 f250 (truck with sanded cab, disassembled)
1965 f250 (baby blue truck, front clip removed).
Both trucks have good tires with 90% tread left.
1965 truck has new wheel cylinders, gas tanks, etc, but I was mainly using it for the bed (bc 1966 truck has no bed).
Everything I talked about is included in purchase. If you have experience with these trucks, or with other classics, don't hesitate to reach out. I will take post down when it's sold. So if ad is still up, this sale is up for grabs, everything is fair game.
Both trucks are located in Portland Oregon.
You will need to bring a trailer to haul both trucks.
Currently living Florida, but can arrange for you to see the projects under supervision with my brother.
Cash needs to be in hand before you start hauling away materials, and I'll be on video call to confirm what comes/does not come with sale.
Please dm with any questions.
P.s:
Bed comes with auxiliary tanks, and has zero rust given it was covered with camper the majority of it's life.
No rust on cab of truck either.
