T19 4-speed manual transmission out of a 1986 F250 6.9L. Swapped my truck to a 5-speed so I no longer need it. I had a transmission shop inspect it and they told me it was in perfect working condition, no need to refurbish it. Never had any issues with it beforehand. $600 for the whole lot, although willing to take offers on the parts separately. (Initially thought my clutch went out but my aftermarket underdrive unit was the real culprit.) The Flywheel has been resurfaced.
Crossmember is indeed still available. My truck is not 4x4 but as far as I know there is not a difference for the crossmember. I had an aftermarket under-drive (that's about the size of a transfer case) attached to the rear of the transmission so I'm certain it'll work.
Sorry for the late reply. At first I got hung up on engine types for the crossmember when I was doing research and I figured out that's a non-issue for what I'm after. I'm still interested in the crossmember AND gussets/supports. I'd like to come by and check em out to make sure they will work. Just email me and let's do business (james.frye993@gmail.com).
Hi
I realise this advertisement is a year old, but is the T19 still available?
Do you know what the first gear ratio is? Im chasing the 4.1 first gear...not granny gear.

Pretty sure it’s the granny gear seeing as though 1st gear was from about 0-5 MPH. The transmission is still available.

Crossmember is gone but I still have the transmission. Alternatively, I have another transmission + crossmember but you’ll have to pull that one out of the truck yourself.
