THE ENGINE IS GONE. I only have the C6 transmission left.

I have a good running Ford 400 V8 engine and C6 auto transmission for sale. I have a recent video of them running/driving in my truck to help verify their condition. They were pulled from my 1978 F-250 4x4 so that I can swap in a diesel. They ran well before I pulled them.

The C6 3-speed automatic transmission is original from the truck, and it runs and shifts great. Has about 64,000 miles on it. Included with this transmission are: the hard lines that go to the bottom of the radiator, the vacuum line, the carb kickdown lever, wiring going to the neutral safety switch, the original torque converter, a recently rebuilt starter. Has the 4x4 tailshaft housing that bolts to an NP205 transfer case (and maybe others?) I'm keeping the NP205.

I'm willing to sell the engine and transmission together or separate.

I have a cherry picker that I can use to help load these up. But bring your own tie-down straps, trailer or truck, etc.

At some point in the future, I will also have a Dana 44HD front axle and Dana 60 rear axle from this truck for sale, but they're not pulled yet. Both with 4.10 gears.
