This is a manufactured piece and not homemade. Looks like a Hickey Enterprises part but I am not sure. This is in good shape. Needs a sand blast and paint. Was removed from an F250 . Price is $400 not including shipping(which will be expensive as this HEAVY)!!!!! I will get better pictures if needed
