Do you have a brake booster mounting bracket/ bellcrank. Ive been having one heck of a time finding much info out about the one that would work with the 66, next to no info or pictures out there.

Sorry, no. The 65 didn't come with power brakes, and all I have left of that truck is the rolling chassis.
