The correct 1964/66 Styleside tailgate has large FORD block letters: C4TZ-9940700-A 1964/66 F100/2350 2WD // 1966 F100 4WD
Either tailgate will fit, both use the exact same mounting hardware.

I know your post was a long time ago, but I have a tailgate my father had in the attic and cleaning out the home after he passed and am trying to find a buyer for it. It is in pretty good condition from what I can tell.
