1979 Ford Parts
My stepdad has a 79 F150 Ranger and has been trying to find some parts for it such as a bed, seat, fenders, etc... it’s just an old “wood gettin truck” so he’s not looking for anything spectacular or in perfect condition. It’s just that the body of it is pretty rough from all the rust so as a little hobby he’s been wantin to fix it up a little. I was curious if you had any miscellaneous parts that would work and the price tag for them. Sorry I didn't read the whole 13 pages, but I'm in need of a set of 67-79 F-100/150 4x4 coil spring towers. The passenger side on my 68 recently failed due to mods by previous owner and the driver side one is cracking in the same area. Not safe to drive and having trouble finding parts locally.
I'd like to find 67-72 towers, but not having any luck. I'm certain that I can make 73-76 towers work as well no problem, they look identical and use the same style upper shock mount. 77-79 uses a different style upper shock mount, but the body looks similar enough that I'm willing to try them too.
