I can't tell from the picture. What type of switch do these include? Is it an accessory switch that needs to be mounted, or a factory switch headlight switch?

Accessory Switch, everything is with the the Fog Light Kit for Installation.

The Switch mounts on the bottom of the Dash, would be in front of a 4X4 Floor Lever, 2 Bolts where the Computer Diagnostics Plug.

The Kit is Boxed Up ready to Ship.
