I pulled the following items off/out of my truck the first day I bought it. All items are in brand new condition:
4x4 stock valance (spoiler below front bumper)

anti Dive brackets. I'll give you these if you buy the valance
Chrome Lariat running boards/steps, comes with nuts for mounting.

Black stock carpet floormats, front and rear
$25 OR free with purchase of any other item.
I also have Dodge 2500 Weathertech floormats, front and rear, about 3 years old but absolutely no issues, I'll even clean them for you, came out of my '14

Chrome Lariat mirror caps $50
brand new, no scratches or chips. I did sacrifice the clip in the center of the cap on both mirrors when removing them, however they will stil work fine. (Seen in photos
