Description:

Looking for STEEL headlight bezel for my 67 F250. I'm mainly needing the drivers side bezel but willing to purchase both. Really needing a clean solid piece. May consider a slightly rusted drivers side bezel depending on where rust is as I need to patch mine.

Located in OHIO

There are TWO types, painted steel and anodized aluminum. I know the anodized is repro'd, not sure about the painted steel version.

Both were used on 1967/69 F100/350. 1969 Ranger anodized is slightly different, as it is painted black surrounding the seal beam.

This is the plastic bezel that has disintegrated on the drivers side.

This is the passenger side which is ok but is showing sings of wear, cracking, a small hole, etc.

I have a 1968 Grumman Olsen and am looking for headlamp bezel (s) to replace my current ones. Mine are made of plastic, however, I believe that earlier models (50's - earlier 60's) had either aluminum or stainless. As you can see by the photos the drivers side is to far gone to repair, however, the passenger side could be used as a mold or template for a possible fiberglass replacement. I think that it could also be used by a good metal fabricator to make aluminum replacements if I can't find a pair. I know this is a long shot am am hoping that someone hear will read this and either have a set, have the skills, or know someone that might be able to assist me.

*I contacted a 3D printing company locally (Miami, Fl.) and they have the capability to scan the passenger side and print a set, however the cost is prohibitive, almost $2K.

My intent is to use this as a tow vehicle to bring my 74 & 77 Bronco's to shows in the near future. Any assistance will greatly be appreciated.

Thank you,

Kevin
