Ford states to use up to 5%. But even then to make sure the oil and fuel filters are changed at the "sever duty" intervals - 5k miles for oil and 10k for fuel. To get the maximum lubricity effect, you would add 2.5 gallons to every "empty tank" fill-up. That woul;d be a little less than 2 gallons to each fill-up that had 1/4 tank left. You can go about 3 times this amount and still be within what Ford recommends. That being said, I know people that are using ALL B20 (even some that say they are using 100%). I haven't decided if I would do that or not, there are no doubt issues created w/ using much Biodiesel. You ALWAYS get fuel dilution of the oil, so some small amount of your fuel will circulate with the oil. I am suspecting that this Biodiesel use is why I have slightly elevated iron numbers in my used oil analysis. Beachbumcook used a double dose of DieselKleen and his injectors lasted about 240k miles. That might be the easier path.
