Conversation Between Greyf100 and g612gr

I read a post you had about intakes (pics were great info)...I have a 93 Lightning motor and the EGR tube is broken, rotted?? any way going to put this motor into a 56 F-100...changing to MAF and want to run EFI. Can I plug that EGR hole in the intake? Do they make an adapter to take off the EGR on the intake behind the throttle body. I'm a carb guy so this is new stuff to me. Any help appreciated.
