Speaker Wiring

Putting speakers in my 2001 supercrew. Test light broke and need to know which is the positive and negative on the pass front door. I have two black wires, one with a white stripe and one with a orange stripe

Unless there is something "special" about the speakers,it shouldnt matter.
Some speaker systems use one side directly to door frame ground, and others rout the speaker "return"(ground) back into the radio.

It doesn't matter which is which. The only time polarity matters is when you are trying for higher power outputs, in which case, the speakers might cancel each other out. For a typical setup its not going to matter.
